Privacy Policy

This Chrome extension is used by Meineke service centers to submit fleet repair orders from Tekmetric to AutoIntegrate and ClaimDriver (Meineke Central Billing). This policy explains what data the extension handles, where it goes, and what it stores.

What the extension accesses

• Tekmetric repair orders. When you use the extension on a Tekmetric repair order, it reads that repair order using your own signed-in Tekmetric session. This includes the customer and fleet name, vehicle, VIN, plate, mileage, jobs, parts, labor, totals, purchase order number, AutoIntegrate status and messages, and the invoice PDF.
• AutoVitals inspection reports. The extension reads an AutoVitals inspection report only when you paste its link. It uses the report's findings and tire and brake measurements.
• ClaimDriver pages. The extension reads ClaimDriver pages in your session to choose the correct center location, check for existing files, and fill in the invoice.

Where the data goes

• Into Tekmetric's own "Send to Auto Integrate" window, its Vehicle Diagnostics fields and the repair order's Customer Concerns, in your Tekmetric session.
• Into the ClaimDriver (Meineke Central Billing) invoice that the extension fills in your ClaimDriver session, including the attached invoice PDF. Nothing is submitted to ClaimDriver until you press Submit yourself.
• The optional Service Authorization Request writer uses Chrome's built-in, on-device Gemini Nano model. The text you enter and the request it writes stay on your computer.

The extension does not send data to the developer or to any other party, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking.

What the extension stores

The extension stores only the following, in your browser's own extension storage:

• your settings (center → ClaimDriver location map, fleet rules and category maps);
• the position of the on-screen button;
• a short record of which repair orders were sent: RO number, ClaimDriver file number, center, total and date. This lets the extension warn you about duplicates;
• the jobs submitted to AutoIntegrate and your answers to AutoIntegrate's messages, for each repair order.

Removing the extension from Chrome deletes this stored data.

Sale, sharing and other uses

User data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It is not used for any purpose other than submitting the repair order, and it is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Permissions

• Tekmetric, ClaimDriver and AutoVitals site access lets the extension read and fill the pages described above.
• Scripting and tabs let it open the ClaimDriver tab and fill ClaimDriver's forms.
• Storage holds the settings and records listed above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
